Functional cookies

Improve the user experience but are not mandatory. Can be declined without losing essential functionality.

Remembering filters and display preferences on the Marketplace
Currency and unit-of-measure preference on control panels
Deployment simulator state on the homepage (last configuration used)

Analytics cookies (optional)

We use usage analytics in an aggregated and anonymous way to understand how to improve our products. No personally identifiable data is collected.

Most-visited pages and average browsing time — fully aggregated data
Navigation flow to identify friction points in the experience
Interface error reports to prioritize fixes
No fingerprinting, no cross-site tracking, no individual profiles

What we don't do

We never use advertising or retargeting cookies
We never share cookie data with advertising networks (Google Ads, Meta, etc.)
We never sell browsing information to third parties
We never track you outside the cscloudservice.com domain
The CS Coin Wallet extension does not use cookies — only Chrome's local storage API

Third-party cookies

Some integrated services may set their own cookies. In these cases:

Stripe — payment processor, sets cookies for fraud prevention during checkout (essential for transactions)
Cloudflare — DDoS protection and CDN, sets session security cookies (__cf_bm)
We have no control over third-party cookies — consult each provider's privacy policy
