By using Cloud Service's services — including the CS Coin Wallet, the Marketplace, and the cloud infrastructure — you agree to the terms described on this page. Please read carefully.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any Cloud Service Foundation service, you represent that:

You are at least 18 years old or of legal age in your jurisdiction

You have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service in full

You have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts

You are not located in a country subject to international sanctions that prohibit access to the services

Permitted Use

Cloud Service's services are provided exclusively for lawful use. Permitted uses include:

Hosting legal applications, websites, and APIs

Operating validator nodes and miners on the CS Coin network

Storing and processing data in compliance with applicable laws

Developing and publishing decentralized applications (dApps)

Using the CS Coin wallet for legitimate cryptoasset transactions

Prohibited Use

It is expressly prohibited to use our services for:

Illegal activities, fraud, money laundering, or terrorism financing

Distributing malware, viruses, ransomware, or any malicious code

Denial-of-service (DDoS) attacks against third parties

Cryptocurrency mining without express authorization on plans that don't specifically allow it

Infringing third-party copyrights, trademarks, or intellectual property

Unauthorized collection of personal data (scraping, phishing, etc.)

Payments and Billing

Cloud Service's paid plans follow these conditions:

Payments are processed via secure third-party gateways — we do not store card data

Plans are billed at the start of each cycle (monthly or annual) and renew automatically

Cancellations must be made before the next renewal date to avoid being charged

Refunds are only granted within the first 7 days after initial signup, upon request

Non-payment may result in service suspension after a 5-business-day notice

Limitation of Liability

Services are provided "as is", without express or implied warranties. In particular:

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability — our contractual SLA target is 99.9%, subject to plan conditions

We are not liable for data loss resulting from user error, external attacks, or third-party failures

We do not control the appreciation or depreciation of the CS Coin token — this is not financial advice

Our maximum liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the service in the last 3 months

Changes and Termination

Cloud Service Foundation reserves the right to:

Change these Terms at any time, with 30 days' prior notice by email for material changes

Suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without prior notice depending on severity

Discontinue features or services with a minimum of 90 days' notice, except in cases of force majeure

You may terminate your account at any time; data is deleted within 30 days of cancellation
